Our store General Item Return Policy-In most cases, items shipped from our store can be returned within 3 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable. If your order was shipped to Brazil or Russia, you can send it back to us within 40 days after shipment. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Did your item arrive damaged, different, or not working? If so you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below.

Within 3 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
3. If approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.

Will I need to send the item back to Our store? 

Only high-value products need to be returned. High value or not is determined by our team. So if you need to return an item, We suggest that you should contact us via service@missgorgeous.net first. If it is not high value then you do not need to return it and can keep the faulty product.

If we ask you to return the product we will discuss with you the most cost-effective way to return ship it to us and give you full instructions including our address. You will receive your full/partial refund once we have received and checked the product.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-7 working days.
